At Scanner Club app we recognize that privacy is significant. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to your use of the
Scanner Club app applications on all platforms (the “Application” or “Applications”), the related services we provide
(“Services”) and the Site.

By using Application, the Services or the Site, you consent to the privacy practices

Facebook, or any

A. WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

which may be transmitted or received when you
use an Application, the Services and/or the Site.

information, names, physical addresses, email

Device and other information you
transmit or receive using an Application, the Service and/ or the Site which
identifies you or another

Per your permission and your choice when using our Application, We may

personal information for back up your information, including your contacts, messages,
call logs, you
photos, your video and bookmark and other information you submit .

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with
our apps. Non-personal identification information may include the type of your phone and technical information about
Users means of connection to our apps, such as the versions of phone model and other similar
information.

may collect non-personal identification information about installed applications, application usage

application and services via our feedback channel, such as your email address, and names

demographics, customer interest, and other trends among our Users;
2 To
help develop our service- We may use Non- Personal Information to provide, maintain, improve and modify the
Applications, Services and the Site and develop new services;
C. HOW YOUR INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED

Personal Information. We will not disclose your Personal Information to any other third-party.
b. Non-Personal
Information. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your
information. We do not combine
Non-Personal Information with Personal Information (such as
combining your name with your unique User Device

required by any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; detect,
prevent,
or otherwise fraud, security or technical issues; protect against harm to the rights, property or
safety of
Cheetah Mobile, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.
D. THIRD- PARTY SITES
In
general, the Applications, the Services and the Site access third party information (such as your
Facebook
account information) through application interfaces. We may provide links to third-party Web sites, such as
Facebook, as a service to our Users. The Site may also carry advertisements from other
companies. When you click
on links of third parties in an Application, the Services or the Site, you may
leave the Application, the
Services or the Site. We do not collect your information on and through and

are not responsible for, the privacy practices of Web sites operated by third parties, whether they are linked to or
otherwise accessible from an Application, the Services or
the Site. The inclusion of a link or accessibility of
third party Websites does not imply endorsement of

E. USERS WITH WHOM
YOU SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you share your
information. We cannot, and do not, control the information you share with other Users using an Application, the
Services or the Site
(including via Forums) or how such other Users will use or share such information. We are
not
responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures.
F. SECURITY
Cheetah
Mobile is very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We do not collect Personal
Information, and we employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed
to protect your
Non-Personal Information from unauthorized access and use. Please be aware that no
security measures that we
take to protect your information is absolutely guaranteed to avoid
unauthorized access or use of your
Non-Personal Information which is impenetrable.
G. Accessing Your Personal Information.
When you
use our Application, you can access your information which you choose to backup and store
to delete or remove
them from time to time unless we have to keep that information for legitimate
business or legal
purpose.
H. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any
country where we have facilities, and by
using an Application, the Services or the Site you consent to the
transfer of your Personal Information to countries, including the United States, which may be outside of your
country of residence and may
provide for different and less stringent data protection rules than in your
country. If you object to your
Personal Information being transferred or used as described in this Policy,
please do not use any
Application, the Services or the Site and immediately delete all Applications from your
User Devices.

We ask that you not send us, and

through an Application, the Services or the Site or
otherwise to us.

L. CHANGES TO THIS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter this
Policy at any time.
You must review this Policy on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes. If
you do not
agree to any modifications to this Policy, your sole recourse is to immediately stop all use of
all
Applications, the Services and the Site. Your continued use of any Application, the Services or the
Site
following the posting of any modifications to this Policy will constitute your acceptance of the
revised
Policy. Please note that none of our employees or agents has the authority to vary any of our
Policies.
Charges
The App is provided on free basis. Once you download the App, you'll have access to
its basic features
Access to some services and/or additional features within the App requires paid
subscriptions. The full list of Premium options and pricing is provided on the App's page. You will have an
opportunity to try Premium options during the free trial period as provided on the sign up screen. After the free
trial period expires an auto-renewing subscription period will start on a regular basis. Please mind that you will
be charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription 24 hours before the end of the free trial period. When
you cancel your subscription you will still have access to basic functions of the App. Premium options are available
during the whole free trial period.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary in countries other than the U.S. You will
have all necessary information about your subscription plan and duration of the free trial period on the sign up
screen before the purchase
Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid
subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a
subscription, where applicable. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered
subscription plans at any time.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed within 24 hours before
the current subscription ends. Auto-renew option can be turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. No
cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Subscriptions are managed by
you. Please note that removing the App from your device does not deactivate your subscription
Certain
services within the app may be availableas an In-App purchase.
You may be charged by your communications
service provider for downloading and/or accessing the App on your mobile phone or table device, so you should check
the terms of agreement with your operator. This may include data roaming charges if you do this outside your home
territory. All these charges are solely your responsibility. If you do not pay the bills related to your mobile
phone or tablet device, then we assume that you have the permission from the person that does it before incurring
any of these charges.
We collect the following categories of your personal information and may sell it to third parties: identifiers, commercial information, internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data, and inferences drawn from these categories.
